Change of name to Maffei GmbH & Co. KGaA entered in the commercial register
Following the contribution of Maffei & Co. GmbH into Fonterelli SPAC 3 AG (see also the ad-hoc announcement dated 26.06.2024 (only available in German), and the corporate news dated 30.09.2024), the company's name change and legal form change have recently been registered with the Munich Register Court. The company is now operating under the name Maffei GmbH & Co. KGaA. As part of this process, the stock exchange code will change from Q9U to MAF.
