The stake in Park Your Truck GmbH (50.5%), held indirectly via enerlog AG, has returned to its growth path in 2025 and is expecting a new revenue record:
After revenue declined from €14.5 million in 2023 to approximately €12.2 million in 2024 due to delays in finalizing new space contracts, Park Your Truck expects a strong increase in 2025, reaching a new high of €18 million to €19 million.
Earnings before taxes (EBIT) are also expected to more than double to between €1.5 million and €2.5 million (previous year: €0.6 million, including extraordinary expenses). The range reflects Park Your Truck’s transition to an asset-light model, as the company plans to transfer its own charging stations to partners. These transactions are scheduled to be completed in 2025 or 2026.
Park Your Truck is focusing on its core competencies as one of Europe’s leading truck parking operators and on its digital reservation system. In this context, Park Your Truck has established a strategic partnership with the Dutch company Entent B.V., a provider of charging infrastructure for commercial vehicles. Together, both companies are driving forward the Europe-wide expansion of charging and parking solutions for electric trucks:
Under the Charge Your Truck brand, Park Your Truck provides suitable locations from its portfolio, strategically located at key transport hubs. Entent invests in charging infrastructure at these sites, including fast-charging stations that can be reserved.  Through the company's own booking system, drivers, carriers, and fleet operators can not only secure their truck parking spaces but also schedule charging times in advance. This makes predictable vehicle charging a reality in daily operations, eliminating detours and unpredictable waiting times.
The result is a Europe-wide charging network with modern hubs for electric trucks that also serve as safe and reservable parking spaces. The partnership between Park Your Truck and Entent represents an important step in advancing decarbonization in the European transport sector.
